e.on - Digital Incoming Mailbox
Challenge
E.ON Benelux wanted to digitise its incoming mail box. Incoming mail had to be scanned centrally and, via the appropriate workflow process, conveyed to employees for further processing. The solution had to be integrated in the existing infrastructure (EMC Documentum and all-in-one devices). In addition, it had to be easy to operate and also satisfy requirements regarding confidential documents.
Solution
On the basis of EMC Documentum and with the aid of EMC xCP and EMC InputAccel, Prime Force designed and implemented a system. To ensure it could be further expanded in future (regional expansion in the Benelux area), Prime Force chose a scalable solution.
